Project Supervisor (ELV)

Reporting to the Project Engineer / Project Manager Responsibilities The Project Supervisor's responsibilities include:

• Maintenance and repair : Overseeing the maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of ELV systems, such as audio-visual equipment, security systems, and control systems.
• Inspections : Conducting regular inspections and preventive maintenance to identify and resolve potential issues.
• Project management : Controlling and supervising the implementation of projects, including installation, fitting-out, testing, and commissioning.
• Quality control : Ensuring the quality and productivity of projects.
• Documentation : Maintaining accurate records of all work, including inspection reports, maintenance logs, and schematics.
• Communication : Maintaining open lines of communication with clients, management, and team members.
• Staff management : Setting up work schedules and managing staff allocation.
• Purchasing : Requesting purchasing related to work implementation.
• Ensure that the engineering team is well prepared and meets the property service standards.
• Any damage/repair must be resolved within the shortest time possible, swiftly and professionally.
• Promote good teamwork and coordination with other departments.
• Coordinate, install, and inspect repairs and maintain all electrical, mechanical, and other related systems in all locations.
• Ensure that the preventive maintenance program is strictly implemented and carried out routinely.
• Contribute to effective inventory control systems.
• Be part of the Emergency Response team and relevant safety procedures.
• Handle any other tasks as assigned by management.

• Ideal candidates with a bachelor’s degree or a diploma in engineering are preferred.
• Must be a Citizen/Permanent Resident of Malaysia.
• Must be able to converse in English fluently.
• Minimum 2 years’ experience in similar positions.
• Good knowledge of building, mechanical, and electrical engineering (M&E/ELV) skills.
• Well versed with ISO 9001, 14000, and 45001 certifications.
• Able to use AutoCAD and Microsoft Office applications.
• Positive, proactive attitude, resourceful, and able to work independently.
• Ability to work flexible shifts, including nights, weekends, and public holidays.
