Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain good rapport with prospective and existing customers.
  • Conduct market research to stay informed of industry trends and competition.
  • Collaborate with other departments and teams, such as marketing and product development, to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Achieve individual sales targets and contribute to the branch sales target.
  • Aptitude for negotiation and persuasion.
  • Source and develop customers through multi-media marketing.
  • Provide customers with information on financing alternatives whenever appropriate.
  • Gain customers' loyalty and confidence by providing the greatest customer service achievable.
  • Perform outbound cold calling.
  • Participate and acquire new product knowledge.
  • Attend and follow up on all sales inquiries.
  • Understand customer needs and present offers and deals to customers.
  • Resolve customer issues and provide advisory services.
  • Promote a positive brand image, maintaining a high level of professionalism and commitment towards customer satisfaction.
  • Contribute to the development of marketing strategies.
  • Participate in road-shows, sales activities, and launching events.
  • Handle objections and customer complaints efficiently and professionally.
  • Perform indoor and outdoor sales campaigns and promotions as instructed by management.
  • Ability to perform sales presentations, offer test drives, follow up, with a view of closing sales, and responsibility to perform car delivery.
  • Carry out extra responsibilities as instructed by management whenever necessary.

Requirements:

  • Minimum qualification: SPM/STPM/Diploma/Higher Diploma/Bachelor's Degree in any field.
  • Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
  • Language proficiency: English (Mandatory); Bahasa Malaysia and Mandarin will be added advantages.
  • Ability to work on weekends and a hectic roadshow schedule.
  • Computer savvy; proactive on Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, or other Social Media Ads is an added advantage.
  • Must have a driving license and possess own transport.
  • Independent and target-focused; able to achieve goals with limited direct supervision.
  • Required skills: Good interpersonal and communication skills, strong customer management abilities, self-motivated, responsible, target-driven, strong negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
  • Working experience in sales and marketing and understanding of the automobile industry will be advantageous.
  • Must be willing to work in PUCHONG/BUKIT TINGGI, KLANG/SETIA ALAM.
