Job Description:
- To handle calls and troubleshooting of users, analysing and resolving production issues
- To schedule activities, batch scheduling and Trouble Shooting in the system
- Monitoring and handling activities like application patches, customization, UAT, etc. And also to coordinate with vendors and internal team
- Monitoring and supervising day to day activities of IT support processes
- Development in PL/SQL and Jasper
Skills Required:
- Finacle Treasury scripting and Unix Shell Scripting, development skill in SQL, PLSQL, Jasper, Oracle
- Trouble shooting in Production Support for Banking Applications
- IT Customization and Production Support on Finacle Treasury System
Educational Qualification:
BE, B.Tech., MCA
Project Management:
Monitor daily activities and status reporting on Finacle
