Power Platform Solution Architect (onsite role)

• Strong understanding of technical and functional capabilities of the Power Platform, including:
• Power Automate
• Power Virtual Agents
• Power BI
• Familiarity with Microsoft Dynamics modules such as Sales, Marketing, Customer Service, and Field Service (preferred but not essential).
• Strong presentation and demonstration skills with the ability to build and maintain client relationships.
• Proficiency in business process mapping, modeling, and documentation.
• Ability to understand business processes at both feature/user story and enterprise levels.

• Lead cross-functional teams in delivering Power Platform solutions while overseeing multiple projects.
• Develop commercial delivery models for accurate estimation, budgeting, and competitive offerings.
• Design reusable assets to improve efficiency and enhance go-to-market strategies.
• Create solution documentation, including high-level and low-level design specifications.
• Configure and develop Microsoft Power Platform solutions to meet project requirements.
• Collaborate closely with technical teams, including nearshore and offshore resources.
• Analyze business requirements, manage scope changes, and assess impacts on delivery teams and technical solutions.
• Provide subject matter expertise across workstreams, including testing, training, data, reporting, and business change.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with Microsoft to support go-to-market strategies.
