We are seeking an entry-level Finance Assistant to join our Finance team. The finance assistant will provide essential support in various financial and administrative tasks, ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of the finance department. This is an excellent opportunity for a detail-oriented and motivated individual to start your career in finance. Key Responsibilities: Financial Accounting and Reporting

• Assist in preparation of monthly reports on receivables, accruals, projects accounts, P&L, Balance Sheet and cashflow.
• Prepare and carry out data entry into the accounting system.

• Coordinate and liaise with other divisions and departments to support financial control and cash flow management.
• Assist in preparing financial and operating performance details for review.
• Support the development and maintenance of accounting procedures and systems to meet internal management planning, reporting and analysis requirements.
• Manage the completeness of payment process documentation, i.e. payment for contractor/supplier/staff and petty cash reimbursement.
• Manage accounts receivable.
• Manage accounts payable.
• Prepare monthly reconciliations.
• Prepare and update the invoice register and approved payment listing to support cashflow management.

• Assist the supervisor in audits, long-term planning, regulatory, and risk management activities related to accounts.
• Any other ad-hoc assignments as assigned by the supervisor.

• A Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or a related field is preferred but not always required.
• Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
• Basic understanding of financial principles and terminology.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Ability to work well in a team and willingness to learn.
