Naaval Properties is looking for a full time Quantity Surveyor to join our team in Salem. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of project management, quantity surveying, and quality control. Responsibilities:- Prepare and manage project budgets
- Estimate quantities of materials and labor
- Monitor project progress and costs
- Coordinate with vendors and subcontractors
- Ensure that projects are completed on time and within budget
- Maintain quality control standards
- Bachelor's degree in construction management or a related field
- 5+ years of experience as a Quantity Surveyor
- Strong understanding of project management principles
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
