Our integrated poultry business includes the breeding and sale of day-old chicks, broiler and breeder farming, processing and sale of poultry products, and feeds milling. With over 50 years of experience and a workforce of over 2600 in Malaysia and Vietnam, we are seeking the right talents to be part of our winning team as part of our expansion plans. Job Purpose Responsible for setting marketing strategies within the assigned territories (Northern Region/Southern Region/Center Region/Pahang Region) for the Aqua Feed Division to achieve or exceed the market share set by management and provide technical support to help customers grow in their aqua business. Accountabilities
  • Achieve market share in the responsibility area set by management.
  • Perform frequent farm visits and act as a solution provider to offer technical support to farmers on Farm Management, Feeding Programs, and Weighing of fish/shrimp according to best practices and KPIs set. Collect samples and prepare reports to ensure smooth functionality of the farms.
  • Identify key feeder farms to create feed performance in the market and build company brand equity by monitoring farm progress, including collecting and analyzing data from key feeder farms.
  • Ensure key feeder farm satisfaction with our feed quality and performance.
  • Liaise and support relevant parties on issues pertaining to diseases and other problems faced by farmers.
  • Provide technical support and guidance to key feeder farms and hardcore customers by implementing good aquaculture practices.
  • Monitor and analyze customer databases in terms of requirements and buying patterns for sales forecasting to support production planning.
  • Create feed performance comparisons with competitor feeds in competitors’ customer farms to identify our feed positioning in the market.
  • Gain aquafeed sales from competitors’ customers and retain existing customers.
Qualifications
  • Degree in Biology, Marine Science, Aquaculture, or equivalent.
  • Fresh graduates or 1 to 2 years of experience in aquaculture or related fields.
  • Able to travel to Lumut, Perak periodically (Allowance Included).
