Job Title: Japanese Customer Service Representative (CSR) Work Location: East Gate Business Center, Antipolo City (Onsite) Experience Required: 6 months to 3 years Educational Qualification: Minimum of 2 years of college education Number of Openings: 3 Roles and Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional customer support through voice and/or non-voice interactions, demonstrating active listening, clear communication, and a commitment to customer satisfaction.
- Assess customer needs by listening attentively and asking pertinent questions, adhering to company processes and guidelines to deliver accurate and timely solutions.
- Maintain thorough and accurate documentation of customer interactions, including details of inquiries, actions taken, and resolutions provided.
- Minimum of 2 years of college education, completion of a 2-year vocational course, or a 4-year degree.
- Must be willing to work onsite at East Gate Business Center, Antipolo City, with the possibility of remote work based on business needs.
- Flexibility to work during Japan business hours, including availability on weekends and holidays as required.
- Proficiency in Japanese (N1 level or native fluency).
- At least 6 months of professional experience in customer support using the Japanese language.
