Who we are looking for State Street seeks to recruit a Key Management Governance Program Analyst able to perform key management governance functions and deliverables within the Information Protection Management Program. This includes gathering, analyzing, and enriching data for utilization on scorecards and related governance reporting related to Key Management within the State Street environment. This role requires an individual with deep knowledge of key lifecycle management, key distribution and storage, private key access and authentication, key destruction and sanitation, and key rotation and renewal processes within a corporate environment, understanding of Key Management Systems (KMS), and enterprise key management practices. What you will be responsible for As a Key Management Governance Program Analyst you will:
- Produce regular reporting related to the governance of the key management program to assess compliance with the Information Protection Standard
- Distribute reporting to various committees, councils, and regulatory reporting forums as required
- Engage with teams across State Street and vendors to perform related governance functions
- An understanding of key management and certificate management
- Deep understanding of IoT devices in a corporate environment
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Ability to effectively drive results, provide feedback/direction, and manage and build relationships with leaders and team members in a geographically dispersed team environment
- Strong organizational, multi-tasking, and prioritizing skills
- Experience with information protection or related functions demonstrated through work, military, or education
- Experience using ticket tracking tools for change management, tracking, and reporting demonstrated through work, military, or education
- Strong background in cyber security, key management, public cloud security, private cloud security, certificate management, and IoT device management
