The Company: Mechanical & Electrical engineering consultancy working in both the commercial building services and industrial HVAC/Utilities sector. Role: We are seeking a suitably qualified engineer to work in the design and delivery of mechanical & electrical projects within the commercial sector. The successful applicant will be involved in the design, implementation, and management of projects. Tasks;
- Complete detailed design calculations
- Preparation of design and tender documentation.
- Coordinate with utility providers.
- Progress projects from initial concept, through tender, construction and handover.
- Resolve project issues and queries.
- Represent the company at design meetings.
- Degree qualified in Building Services or Mechanical Engineering or Electrical Engineering.
- 2+ years postgraduate experience is desirable.
- Experience of Revit/BIM desirable.
- Ability to work autonomously and with confidence.
- Membership of a recognised engineering body is desirable.
