We are currently looking for a motivated and skilled Real Estate Agent / Property Consultant to join our team and contribute to our continued success. If you have a proven track record in the Dubai real estate market and a passion for helping clients find their perfect properties, we want to hear from you. Key Responsibilities:
- Prospect and generate leads for potential new clients
- Qualify clients and recommend suitable projects based on their criteria
- Achieve individual sales targets
- Network and expand your client base
- Drive marketing and lead generation initiatives
- Promote AiZN Properties in a positive light to clients and external stakeholders
- Maintain regular contact with clients, ensuring they are aware of current market trends, new opportunities, and developments
- Stay up to date with market trends, new developments, and regulatory changes in Dubai’s real estate sector
- Act as an intermediary between buyers and sellers
- Manage client relationships effectively
- Strong knowledge of Dubai's real estate market
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
- Strong work ethic and drive to succeed
- Proven track record of sales in the real estate industry
- Industry-Leading Commission Structure

- Access to leading property portals, including Property Finder and Bayut/Dubizzle
- Full administrative and listing support from our back-office team
- In-house marketing support and videographers to assist with social media content
- Company driver and access to a luxury Mercedes
- Exposure to Dubai’s top developers, with regular briefings and sales center visits
- Employment visa
- Annual leave and benefits as per UAE Labor Law
- Working hours: Monday to Saturday, 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM
- Dubai: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
- 2 years: 1 year (Preferred)
- English, Hindi, Russian, Arabic (Preferred)
