Line Lead

Job Responsibilities

1. Setting up and checking the production line
2. Starting orders on the Ekhosoft program
3. Coordinating the supply of raw materials on the line according to the required orders
4. Starting and completing paperless documents (Weight Test/Efficiency Balance/Standard Operation)
5. Performing autonomous maintenance
6. Preparing the sampler and printing the respective labels
7. Improving changeover times on the line
8. Regularly checking employee performance, line start-up, and timely return from breaks
9. Reporting any variations related to equipment and line performance
10. Ensuring compliance with OHS, GMP, and HACCP policies and procedures
11. Printing labels and scanning finished products
12. Following waste management guidelines
