Summary
As a Human Resources Manager, you will support the Director of Human Resources in managing day-to-day HR operations in alignment with corporate strategies and local guidelines. Guided by the company’s purpose of Caring for People so They Can Be Their Best, your key responsibilities include: • Recruitment and Selection: Managing end-to-end recruitment and selection processes, including talent acquisition strategies, to attract and retain top talent. • Succession Planning: Supporting the development and implementation of succession plans to ensure leadership continuity and career growth. • Employee Relations: Promoting positive employee relations, addressing concerns, and ensuring fair and consistent application of company policies. • Administrative: Assisting in ensuring all reports, compliance requirements, and administrative tasks are completed on time and to standard. • Financial: Assisting in preparing and managing the HR budget and monitoring expenditures. • Colleague Engagement: Fostering a positive workplace culture, addressing employee concerns, and organizing engagement activities. This role ensures effective HR operations, compliance, and colleague well-being, contributing to overall business success.Qualifications
We are looking for candidates who have experience in a similar operation. • 6 years or more of progressive Human Resource experience • 2 years in a similar role in a luxury hotel • Strong experience as Talent Acquisition professional in luxury background • An inspirational and engaging leader with exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.Apply safely
