This is a full-time, permanent position with excellent benefits and opportunities for career growth. As a Consultant ENT, you will be responsible for providing comprehensive medical care to patients with disorders and diseases related to the ear, nose, and throat. You will work closely with a team of healthcare professionals to diagnose and treat patients, as well as provide guidance and support to junior staff members. Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct thorough patient evaluations, including physical examinations, medical histories, and diagnostic tests
- Develop and implement treatment plans for patients with ENT disorders and diseases
- Perform surgical procedures as needed, including tonsillectomies, adenoidectomies, and ear tube placements
- Prescribe medications and provide follow-up care to patients
- Educate patients and their families about their condition and treatment options
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to provide multidisciplinary care
- Stay up-to-date with advancements in the field of ENT and incorporate new techniques and treatments into practice
- Mentor and supervise junior staff members, including residents and medical students
- Maintain accurate and thorough patient records and documentation
- Adhere to all medical and ethical standards and guidelines set by the facility and regulatory bodies
- Medical degree from an accredited institution
- Board certification in Otolaryngology/ENT
- Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Consultant ENT
- Valid license to practice in Dubai, United Arab Emirates
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong leadership and mentoring abilities
- Ability to work well in a team environment
- Proficient in medical technology and equipment
- Fluent in English, knowledge of Arabic is a plus
