Take over a key role as an Account Manager (Specialty) in the Business Development department, and be a part of this exciting adventure of never-ending growth and success. What we expect from you:
- Play a key role in acquiring and engaging the right set of partners on our portal and maintaining partnerships, operating as a single point of contact for all service providers.
- Effectively search for prospective clients and convert sales leads into long-term partnerships.
- Analyse daily partner and vertical performance, ensuring quality standards are maintained.
- Regularly meet with service providers/partners to review satisfaction, address feedback, and ensure the platform meets or exceeds expectations.
- Achieve short and long-term sales goals while implementing efficient processes.
- Inform and educate partners about new process implementations and follow up to ensure proper execution.
- Identify opportunities to grow existing client accounts and take necessary measures to close deals.
- Provide regular reports on sales activities, revenue performance, and client feedback to senior management and partners.
- Monitor account performance, track key metrics (e.g., service usage, renewals, and churn rates), and identify opportunities for growth.
- Coordinate with cross-functional departments to assist partners with their day-to-day queries.
- Be responsible for vertical performance, including owning demand and revenue targets.
- Act as the quality custodian of a vertical, ensuring an exceptional customer experience.
- Take ownership of Justlife’s growth by identifying creative new solutions and executing them to delight users and boost partner performance.
- A Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university.
- 3 to 4 years of relevant account management experience.
- Proven experience in negotiating, reviewing, and managing client and service provider requirements, contracts, policies, and procedures.
- A strong sense of initiative and personal leadership, with the ability to function independently in a fast-paced workplace.
- Ability to take initiative in a constantly changing work environment and adapt to a dynamic mindset.
- A data-driven decision-making mentality and sound business judgment through analytical thinking.
- Proactive, innovative, and creative, with the ability to think outside the box.
