20% annual target tied to organization and personal objectives. Travel Required: Up to 20% of the time. Salary Range: AED 350,000 to 410,000 Must-Have:
- Professional-level English.
- Proven experience to manage a local and remote team of Recruiters in support of hiring across Africa, Middle East and APAC.
- Full-cycle recruitment experience in a global, matrix organization that includes professional and skilled labor technician openings.
- Ability to attend calls in early mornings or evenings.
- Strong understanding of local employment law as it applies to hiring and interviewing.
- Workday ATS experience.
- Experience recruiting generator, mechanical, electrical or temperature control technicians.
- D&I project experience. (Nice to Have).
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business or related field, or equivalent experience.
- 7+ years recruiting experience.
- 3+ years management experience, preferred.
- Experience building, coaching and managing a recruiting team.
- Experience managing remote recruiting/sourcing teams.
- Experience working with recruiting tools and systems, including resume databases, internet sourcing tools, and spreadsheets.
- Experience collaborating with key business leaders and senior cross-functional partners.
- Skilled at partnering with hiring teams to build effective sourcing, assessment, and closing approaches with an ability to manage business leader expectations through a deep understanding of ROI.
- Workforce planning experience, preferred.
- Understanding of the local employment law as it applies to hiring and interviewing.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Develop, engage, coach, and manage a high-performing recruiting team.
- Manage day-to-day operations to ensure the hiring process is running smoothly and scaling to meet the needs of our business.
- Partner closely with the Recruitment leadership, business leaders, People Business Partners, and Finance to build a workforce plan and budget including hiring targets and resourcing requirements & strategies to meet expected growth.
- Work closely with the recruitment leadership team and other Recruitment Managers to ensure workload balancing across teams to support the effective delivery of the overall recruiting plans.
- Recruit full-cycle, from source to hire for a small requisition load by developing and executing a diverse sourcing strategy to identify high-caliber candidates including the use of social media, contacts, candidate databases, and referrals.
- Coach and provide strategic guidance to recruiters on recruiting skills assessment, negotiation, selling, client management, compensation, processes and tools.
- Meet regularly with region stakeholders on recruiting plans, progress, risk areas, diversity results, and budget needed for recommended action.
- Monitor recruiter productivity and manage performance of the team, including promotions, improvement plans, and other performance related activities.
- Provide recruiting reports as necessary.
- Periodically lead and/or participate in cross-company projects and initiatives related to recruitment.
