Engineering Manager

We are seeking a Software Engineering Manager with a strong and successful technical lead experience of more than 08 years to join our dynamic and growing team.ResponsibilitiesProvide technical leadership through coaching and mentorship.Lead and oversee all technical analysis, specifications and estimation to make sure they are complete and accurate - leading to top quality written specifications, strategy and implementation.Facilitate the smooth delivery of product enhancements and support delivered by the team.Help plan future-proof reusable core code libraries, which can be shared, in order to drive further efficiencies throughout the team.Take control over critical support instances and put into place the correct escalation and process to manage and resolve issues as soon as possible.Stay aware of the latest data protection and security threats and ensure we mitigate against these risks according to known industry standards.Proactively drive innovation with new ideas and options made available by new technologies, identifying and implementing technology trends that will support the future success of the product.Implement mechanisms to monitor, manage and provide progress on all software development activities.Maintain high standards of software quality within the team by establishing best practices, systems and policies.Facilitate technology and decision making throughout the team, including standardization of system architecture, reusable code base development, versions of software tools, best practices, source control and deployment processes.Plan for team growth considering the blend/level of skills required within the team, with a focus on excellence across the engineering organization.What should you expect from working with us:A competitive salary that aligns with your experience.Health Insurance for you and your dependents.Health and fitness allowance.Fuel allowance.Life insurance.Team events.
