Associate Manager-QA
Job details
To manage and control the daily activities in the quality assurance department.To ensure the proper implementation of the international standards of cGMP's, ISO 9001, ISO 14000 in manufacturing, laboratories, processing, packaging & warehousing.To check & approve all active documents that have impact on product quality.To ensure that products are produced according to approved procedures, records & documents.To approve & ensure Validation documents for all production machines & Lab instruments & utilities.To manage implementation of training program/systems.To manage the approved suppliers of materials.To manage, coordinate and follow up QA plans related to internal and external quality audit.To manage customer complaints, change control and deviation control systems.Co-operate & Co-ordinate with other departments' directors/managers for planning schedule & implementation of company works.To prepare department budget & follow its implementation.Any other task assigned by the supervisor.Job SpecificationGood communication skills both oral and written.Detailed understanding of sales and marketing tools and techniques.Strong analytical, problem-solving, and leadership skills.
