Incumbent has depth and breadth of technical, functional, and domain know-how.Can work independently on defining solutions for mid-sized, complex projects or contribute to solutions of a program.Is expected to specialize in a technology, domain, or functional competency area within the organization.Prepares a roadmap for the competency/industry segment in the form of competitive service offerings.Gets involved in practice reusable component inventory and knowledge management. Represents the practice/domain in deal negotiations in the sales support cycle, or leads delivery issue resolutions when required.Gets involved in assignments in large programs.Helps in defining business and technological solutions which assist customers in designing and implementing new generation business processes and organizational capabilities.Job SpecificationWorking experience and should be able to deliver with minimal supervision. Able to understand customer requirements and map the right technology tools to be used. Should be proficient in BPEL PM and ESB (or OSB). Conversant with various technologies and understanding of all process flows. Expert in 3-4 modules. Know the setups and business implications of the setups. Design solutions. Experienced in SQL, PL/SQL, D2K, Workflow, Discoverer, OAF, XML Publisher. Interact with business users and design the technical solution and provide customization design on GL, AP, AR, or OM, INV modules. Should be able to interact with the customer teams and document the requirements, suggest a fitment of the various Oracle modules for the requirement, and perform gap analysis.Should have at least 2-3 project implementations on Oracle FAH.Information Technology and Services - City, United Arab Emirates
