Diesel Mechanics Pay Range: $18 - $33 per hour (based on experience and certifications) Employment Type: Full-Time and Part-Time Positions Available About the Role: We're looking for skilled mechanics across a range of expertise, from trailer mechanics to highly experienced heavy-duty diesel technicians. Pay is based on your experience and certifications. Key Responsibilities:
- Perform routine maintenance and repairs on trailers or diesel trucks (based on experience level).
- Diagnose issues related to tires, brakes, and other critical vehicle systems.
- Follow safety protocols to ensure efficient, high-quality service.
- Must have some prior experience in a mechanic role.
- Specific skills based on role level:
- Basic tire maintenance for entry-level positions.
- Tire and brake repair for mid-level positions.
- Advanced diagnostics and repairs for diesel engines (ASE certification required for top pay range).
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety.
