Key Responsibilities:
- Provide detailed information to prospective buyers about the company’s high rise residential condos.
- Conduct property tours and showcase developments, emphasizing key selling points.
- Build strong relationships with clients, offering tailored solutions to match their needs.
- Follow up on leads and maintain a sales pipeline to convert prospects into buyers.
- Negotiate terms, prepare sales contracts, and finalize deals.

What We're Looking For:
- Proven sales experience in real estate or brokerage
- Must be a licensed broker
