Responsibilities:

• Develop Awesome Games: Bring fresh ideas to life with Unity, collaborating with artists and designers to create engaging mobile experiences.
• Optimize & Innovate: Ensure smooth, top-performing games on iOS and Android platforms. Always look for ways to push the limits!
• Lead & Mentor: Guide junior developers, review code, and help shape the technical direction of our projects.
• Solve Problems: Debug, optimize, and polish our games to perfection, making sure everything runs buttery smooth.
• Stay Ahead: Keep up with the latest in Unity and mobile gaming to help us stay on top of trends and new technologies.

Minimum Requirements:

• 5+ years of Unity game dev experience (with mobile focus).
• Strong C# skills and Unity know-how (UI, animations, physics).
• A portfolio of shipped games (show us your coolest projects!).
• Expert in mobile optimization and performance tweaks.
• Solid understanding of game mechanics, UI/UX, and player fun!
• Great communicator and a natural team player who thrives in a creative environment.

Bonus Points If You:

• UI/Animation Game Design Expertise: You have a strong eye for designing engaging user interfaces and smooth, intuitive animations. You know how to create UI that not only looks great but enhances the player experience, making gameplay more fun and immersive.
• LiveOps Experience: You’re familiar with LiveOps strategies for mobile games, such as managing in-game events, creating dynamic content, and keeping players engaged over time. You understand the importance of analytics and how to tweak gameplay and content to drive retention and monetization.
• Mobile Gaming Enthusiast: You’re passionate about mobile games and stay on top of trends, knowing what works in the market. Whether it’s hyper-casual or more complex titles, you have an understanding of what keeps players coming back for more.
• Shader and Rendering Knowledge: You’ve dabbled in custom shaders or rendering pipelines to make your games stand out visually. You understand how to balance great graphics with smooth performance, especially for mobile devices.
