As the Senior Executive, HR & Operations, you will be responsible for the day-to-day operations of Group payroll and benefits management, Group IT support, administration, employee relations, and performance management system, while ensuring compliance with all statutory requirements. What will you be doing?
- Ensure effective implementation of HR policies, procedures, and programs.
- Provide guidance and support to employees and managers.
- Manage payroll transactions (payroll calculation, allowance, overtime, incentive and reward program, employee data and time & attendance) accurately and ensure timely payments.
- Manage employee movements and ensure compliance with statutory requirements.
- Administer employee benefits schemes and insurance.
- Ensure compliance with statutory regulatory requirements related to HR including LHDN, KWSP, Sosco, Perkeso, foreign worker & expatriate.
- Ensure accuracy of CP8D, EA & Form E before submission.
- Ensure all statutory records are stored and labeled appropriately for retrieval to support any authority audit.
- Prepare accurate HR reports for stakeholders.
- Manage employee data and access rights in the Orisoft System.
- HR Time Attendance is well maintained to enable retrieval of information where necessary.
- Group Performance Management cycle is managed efficiently to support annual performance reward.
- Provide supervision, problem-solving, training, and guidance in HR, payroll, administration, and IT support.
- Oversee IT policies, procedures, and programs.
- Collaborate with outsourced IT vendors, resolving in-house user IT issues.
- Perform server backups and prepare IT support reports.
- Minimum a Degree in Human Resource Management or its equivalent.
- Min 3-5 years of working experience in human resources, preferably in manufacturing.
- Knowledge and skills in HR Management such as Employment Legislation and statutory compliance including EPF, Sosco, Income Tax, FW legislation & OSHA, employee integration, performance management process, and disciplinary & counselling. Experience as HR Generalist.
- Possess good writing skills to effectively communicate information and draft clear and concise reports and documents.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel VLOOKUP) and Social Media.
- Possess own transport and willing to work at Bukit Raja.
- Fluency in Mandarin is preferred due to the need to interact with Mandarin-speaking clients.
