Job Title : Outbound Sales Representative (Automotive Industry) Company : Summitnext Technologies Location : Damansara City Mall, Selangor Job Type : Full-time Basic Salary : RM 3,000 Job Summary : We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Outbound Sales Representative to join our team in Damansara City Mall. Key Responsibilities :
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through cold-calling and email campaigns to potential customers.
- Develop and maintain a strong understanding of our products and services to effectively communicate their value to customers.
- Build relationships with potential customers, understand their needs, and identify opportunities to upsell and cross-sell our products and services.
- Generate and follow up on leads, converting them into sales appointments and ultimately into closed deals.
- Meet and exceed monthly sales targets, with a focus on increasing revenue growth and market share.
- Collaborate with internal teams, such as marketing and product development, to stay up-to-date on new products and services and gather insights on customer needs.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, leads, and customer interactions.
- Attend training sessions to enhance product knowledge and sales skills.
- Diploma or degree in Marketing, Sales, or a related field.
- 1-2 years of experience in outbound sales or telemarketing.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Strong analytical skills, with the ability to analyze sales data and adjust strategies accordingly.
- Experience in the automotive industry or related field.
- Certification in sales or marketing.
- Basic salary RM3000 per month.
