- Oversee national operations of warehousing, cold chain logistics, inventory management, and transportation.
- Manage end-to-end logistics services from inbound to outbound, ensuring efficient and timely delivery.
- Lead and mentor a diverse team, promoting high performance and professional development.
- Ensure compliance with local and international standards, especially in cold chain management.
- Optimize warehouse operations to maintain accuracy in inventory and improve efficiency.
