SailPoint Developer - Identity & Access Management Solutions

Job Description :We are seeking a skilled SailPoint Developer with 5-8 years of experience in implementing and supporting Identity and Access Management (IAM) solutions using SailPoint IdentityIQ. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in end-to-end SailPoint IIQ implementations and the ability to contribute to various project phases, including design, development, deployment, and post deployment support.Key Responsibilities :Implementation and Development :- Lead and execute end-to-end SailPoint IIQ implementations, covering use-case documentation, architecture design, development, testing, deployment, and ongoing support.- Develop and customize connectors, plugins, and standalone rules to meet client-specific requirements.Integration and Customization :- Work on complex connector integrations, including custom connector development and customizations.- Develop custom plugins and standalone functionalities tailored to business needs.Technical Expertise :- Utilize skills in Shell Scripting and networking concepts to support integrations and customizations.- Implement best practices and ensure compliance with standards across all project facets.Support and Maintenance :- Perform post-deployment support, root cause analysis, and resolution for recurring or critical issues.- Monitor system performance and suggest optimizations.Required Skills and Experience :Technical Expertise :- Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience in SailPoint IAM projects.- Successfully implemented at least one end-to-end SailPoint IIQ project, including deep customizations.- Proficiency in SailPoint IIQ components such as workflows, certifications, lifecycle events, and policies.- Strong expertise in Java, XML, OAUTH, JSON, and REST/SOAP APIs.- Knowledge of networking protocols (e., SSL, SSH, FTP) and scripting languages.- Proficient in end-to-end SailPoint IdentityIQ (IIQ) implementation.- Knowledge of OAUTH, JSON, REST, SOAP, and network protocols such as SSL, SSH, FTP, SMTP, and is a plus.Soft Skills :- Strong verbal and written communication skills to interact with clients and internal teams effectively.- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.Preferred Skills :- SailPoint IIQ Certified Engineer or Certified Architect.- Familiarity with effort estimation techniques and project best practices.- Knowledge of Cloud IAM Solutions and other IAM tools is a plus (ref:hirist.tech)
