Senior Operation Manager

Job Responsibilities

• Develop and drive operational strategies including operational budget needs and plans that are aligned with the company’s strategy and business objectives to maximize productivity and minimize costs.
• Provide overall leadership and guidance to the midstream Operations team in establishing best practices to deliver and manage operational needs to meet the company’s business targets.
• Establish, monitor and maintain periodic reporting to the executive management team on Operational Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to assess the efficiency of operational processes for continuous improvement.
• Establish accurate product costing budgets and closely monitor actuals vs. budget to close any gaps on actual performance.
• Act as a strategic partner to the executive management team and other business functions to provide inputs, highlight potential risks and identify mitigation plans upfront on operational-related matters.
• Keep updated with the latest industry trends and technology to identify and evaluate opportunities for operational improvement, cost reduction and increased efficiency.
• Lead, guide and motivate the midstream team to increase employee engagement and ensure the professional development of key talent in the company.
• Establish best-in-class supply chain practices to ensure smooth coordination and optimization of sourcing, working capital and operations to meet customer demands.
• Support cross-departmental supply chain committee across Midstream Operations, Sales and Finance.
