Tech Mahindra Ltd in the Philippines is currently looking for an IT Helpdesk Analyst for our International account. Job Requirements:

  • Candidate must have at least 6 months of Service Desk in BPO setting/Helpdesk or Technical Support experience.
  • Tech savvy with working knowledge of office automation products, databases and remote control.
  • In-depth and current knowledge of computer programs and hardware.
  • Has the ability to diagnose and resolve basic technical issues.
  • Excellent customer service attitude is a plus.
  • Candidate must be friendly and great at establishing rapport with customers.
  • Associate's or Bachelor's degree in computer science, information systems, or similar is a plus!
  • Willing to work on a shifting schedule.
  • Amenable to work in the office (Eastwood Libis, Quezon City).
