Tech Mahindra Ltd in the Philippines is currently looking for an IT Helpdesk Analyst for our International account. Job Requirements:
- Candidate must have at least 6 months of Service Desk in BPO setting/Helpdesk or Technical Support experience.
- Tech savvy with working knowledge of office automation products, databases and remote control.
- In-depth and current knowledge of computer programs and hardware.
- Has the ability to diagnose and resolve basic technical issues.
- Excellent customer service attitude is a plus.
- Candidate must be friendly and great at establishing rapport with customers.
- Associate's or Bachelor's degree in computer science, information systems, or similar is a plus!
- Willing to work on a shifting schedule.
- Amenable to work in the office (Eastwood Libis, Quezon City).
