Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and implement sales and marketing strategies to promote properties and services.
  2. Identify and generate new business opportunities through networking, lead generation, and outreach.
  3. Manage property listings and ensure they are up-to-date across all platforms.
  4. Prepare sales presentations, marketing collateral, and promotional materials.
  5. Maintain and oversee the upkeep of the sales gallery and show house, ensuring they are always in pristine condition for client viewings.
  6. Coordinate and manage property viewings and showings at the sales gallery and show house.
  7. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, developers, and other stakeholders.
  8. Assist in planning and organizing marketing campaigns, events, and promotional activities.
  9. Monitor market trends and competitor activity to identify opportunities for growth.
  10. Track and report on sales and marketing performance metrics.
  11. Follow up on loan approval processes within the stipulated timeline to ensure smooth transactions.
  12. Arrange appointments for clients to sign agreements and ensure all documentation is completed accurately and on time.
  13. Monitor and achieve sales KPIs (Key Performance Indicators) to meet business targets and objectives.

Qualifications and Skills:

  1. Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Real Estate, or a related field (preferred).
  2. Proven experience in sales and marketing, ideally within the property or real estate industry.
  3. Strong understanding of digital marketing strategies, social media platforms, and CRM tools.
  4. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  5. Self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to work independently and as part of a team.
  6. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
  7. Knowledge of property market trends and customer behavior.
  8. Minimum 1 year of experience in developer's sales or real estate sales.
  9. Willing to work over the weekend or Public Holidays.
