- Effectively interact with users, including both verbal and written communication
- Safeguard data, ensuring confidentiality and security
- Adherence to legal regulations and company standards
- Paying attention to detail and precision when carrying out tasks
- Continuous updating of knowledge and skills in line with industry and regulatory changes
- Previous experience in customer service-based roles is considered an advantage, but no work experience is required . You will be surrounded by our attention and support to enter the new role and team as comfortably as possible
- Conversational German and English is a must
- Good communication skills
- Ability to navigate a large amount of information
- Full-time position that requires only ~35 working hours per week, plus paid breaks
