Job Responsibilities for Qt for MCU Business Development Specialist

  • Research, identify, contact end engage with potential clients to generate new Qt for MCU business opportunities, contributing to achieving sales targets.
  • Analyze market trends and customers' needs to identify and develop new markets for Qt for MCU. Strengthen relationships with existing customers and partners while attracting new ones.
  • Continuously update and acquire in-depth knowledge of Qt for MCU offerings. Tailor and deliver customized presentations, demos, and examples to showcase the value of Qt for MCU, aligning with customers' project requirements across various industries including but not limited to Automotive, Two Wheelers, Industrial Automation, Industrial Vehicles, Medical, Consumer Electronics & etc.
  • Plan and participate in webinars, seminars, conferences, customized workshops, exhibitions, and industry events to generate leads by demonstrating the value of Qt for MCU through specific examples and demos.
  • Collaborate with Qt for MCU product's Product Management, R&D, and Marketing teams to convey customer feedback and develop effective strategies to communicate the benefits of Qt for MCU to potential clients.
  • Cooperate with the Sales team to create and transfer the Qt for MCU business opportunity to Sales team for deal close.
  • Independently manage and execute business development plans for Qt for MCU, from initial strategy to implementation, ensuring a clear roadmap for account expansion and growth.
  • Provide timely reports and updates for management level business review.
  • Cover various MCU vendors/Eco system partners to manage technical alliance partnerships.
Requirements for Qt for MCU Business Development Specialist Must Have
  • +5 Years of sales experience or +5 Years of FAE experience, preferably in selling MCU/MPU chipsets or in embedded software domain in the consumer, industrial, automotive or IoT markets.
  • Customer oriented sales person.
  • Willingness to travel regularly, for customer meetings and marketing events
  • Strong team player and communicator
  • Proactive self-starter with minimum guidance
  • Fluent English required.
Nice to Have
  • MCU FAE Experience
  • GUI Application implementation/promotion experience is preferred (Touch GFX/Embedded Wizard/LVGL/Emwin/CGI Studio/MicroEJ and etc.)
  • Deep understanding of MCU graphics technology and how it applies to a customer's business along with MCU chipset buying decisions is preferred.
  • Good understanding of Embedded SDLC and QA tools/best practices and implications would be preferred.
  • BS/MS degree in Electronic Engineering, Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or related field
