We're hiring for the following position. Kindly find details. Site Administration Locations: Kalyan and Andheri. Qualifications: Any Graduate (Full time is must) Job responsibilities are as below:
- Liaising with government officials, Mining Department, Police Department, Labor Department, EC Dept., PCB Department to ensure smooth workflow
- Suggesting Staffs on matters in implementation of HR policies, staff disciplinary and grievance procedures, general industrial and grievance redressal
- Resolving disputes and grievances by providing advice on industrial law, facilitating employee counselling sessions and grievance sessions, adhering compliance with government regulations in labor matters
- Responsible for maintaining harmonious & cordial industrial relations in the organization, statutory compliance, records under various labor laws
