Cohesity - SAP FI/CO Consultant - E2E Implementation

Job Description :- As a SAP FI/CO Consultant, you will be responsible for delivering end-to-end SAP FI/CO solutions, including implementation, support, and enhancement projects.- You will work closely with clients to understand their business requirements and translate them into effective SAP solutions.Key Responsibilities :Implementation :- Analyze business requirements and design SAP FI/CO solutions to meet client needs.- Configure SAP FI/CO modules, including GL Accounting, Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, Asset Accounting, Product Costing, and more.- Perform system testing and quality assurance to ensure solution quality.- Support data migration activities.- Conduct user training and knowledge transfer.Support :- Provide timely and effective support to clients for day-to-day operations.- Troubleshoot issues and resolve incidents.- Provide guidance on best practices and optimization techniques.Enhancements :- Identify opportunities for process improvement and system enhancements.- Develop and implement custom solutions to meet specific client needs.- Stay up-to-date with the latest SAP FI/CO functionalities and trends.Required Skills and Qualifications :Technical Skills :- Strong understanding of SAP FI/CO modules, including New GL, Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, Asset Accounting, Product Costing, COPA, FICA, PSCD, FSCD, Cash Management, and Treasury.- Experience in S/4HANA implementation projects.- Proficiency in SAP configuration tools and techniques.- Knowledge of ABAP programming is a plus.Functional Skills :- Deep understanding of financial accounting principles and processes.- Ability to analyze complex business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.Qualifications :- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.- 3-10 years of relevant industry experience.- Cross-process area experience in Product Costing, FSCM, FICA, PSCD, and FSCD.- Domain experience in specific industries is preferred.Additional Requirements :- Certification : SAP certification in FI/CO is preferred.- Industry Experience : Experience in specific industries such as manufacturing, retail, or services is advantageous.- Project Experience : Proven track record of successful SAP FI/CO implementation projects.- Blueprint Workshops : Experience in conducting blueprint workshops to map business processes to SAP.
