JASARA PMC is looking for a talented and dedicated Planning & Scheduling Engineer to join our team. In this role, you will be vital in developing and maintaining project schedules, ensuring projects are delivered on time and within budget. Your responsibilities will include creating detailed project work breakdown structures, estimating timeframes and resource requirements, analyzing project progress, identifying potential risks or delays, and collaborating with project teams to implement solutions. You will also prepare regular status reports for stakeholders to keep them informed of project timelines and milestones. If you have a strong background in planning and scheduling with excellent communication skills, we would love to hear from you. Requirements

  1. Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field
  2. A minimum of 5 years of experience in project planning and scheduling
  3. Proficiency in project management software, particularly Primavera P6 or Microsoft Project
  4. Strong analytical skills with a thorough understanding of project management principles
  5. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  6. Ability to work effectively within a team and manage multiple projects simultaneously
  7. Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
  8. Experience in the construction industry is preferred
