Semicon Equipment Associate Engineer
Job details
Analyze and identify the cause of machine problems. Resolve machine problems within specifications. Implement permanent measures for repetitive problems. Assist the Engineer in maintaining ISO records. Carry out preventive maintenance activities. Follow the preventive maintenance schedule. Identify parts for potential breakdown and recommend them for the preventive program. Propose improvement ideas to prolong parts' lifespan. Screen board repair and monitor screening yield. Conduct machine ESD and grounding checks as per schedule and update records. Implement measures based on ESD check findings. Assist in machine setup and buyoff. Ensure the machine complies with safety regulations & standards. Verify conversion kits according to drawing specifications. Assist the Engineer in the preparation of documentation. Responsible for all parts linked to the allocated machine. Carry out stock takes for spare parts. Perform any other duties assigned by the Supervisor or Manager from time to time. Requirement: At least a Diploma in Electronics, Electrical, Mechanical Engineering, or related field. At least 2 years of working experience in Semiconductor Equipment.
