Involved in the full spectrum of Recruitment and Selection activities including job posting, screening of candidates, interviews and salary proposals; Responsible for on-boarding of new employees; Responsible for all work pass matters, eg new applications, pass renewals and update of address; Process staff resignation and trigger off-boarding process; Liaison with broker on foreign medical insurance for new foreign employees; Assist to complete surveys, funding and grants as required by relevant authorities, eg MOM, MOH, AIC; Create and maintain up to date P files for new hires; Liaise with Nhelp support team on employees access matters; Monitor and process confirmation/contract renewals/re-employment contracts; Register courses/workshops/seminars for employees; Manage and monitor employees education sponsorship programs and bond matters; Responsible to liaise with SNB for Nurses related matters; Prepare monthly reports and assist in the Homes events, eg Nurses Day, Year-end party, etc; Any other duties as assigned. Requirements: Diploma or Degree in Human Resource or any related discipline; Min 3 to 5 years of HRM experience, with supervisory experience plus point; Familiar with Singapore Employment Law and IRAS Regulations; Good computer knowledge of MS Word and Excel; Organized, independent, reliable, resourceful and a team player; Ability to multi-task and meet deadlines; Good interpersonal and communications skills.
