A new opportunity has arisen for an experienced Commercial Lawyer with not less than 2 yrs’ PQE. Offering depth and breadth of expertise that is second to none, the Commercial team enjoys an enviable reputation. Typical instructions include:
• Commercial Contracts including Supply of Goods and Services• Distribution and Logistics• Franchise and Agency Agreements• Joint Ventures, Procurement and Outsourcing • Public Regulation and Competition Law • IT Software, Development, Hosting and Cloud Services Agreements• Intellectual Property and Brand Protection
As well as managing free-standing instructions and projects, this highly skilled team often works closely with the corporate and litigation teams.
