To design, implement, and manage an effective reporting system and lead the reporting strategy for the Development sector through active engagement with the Executive team.

Job Responsibilities:

Report the progress of programs and projects to the Executive team and other stakeholders through quality progress reports, dashboards, and related internal and external reporting deliverables.
Ensure accurate, consistent, and timely reporting to inform the Executive team and stakeholders on the progress of programs and projects to aid business decisions and track performance.
Manage the development of progress reports, dashboards, and deliverables that capture the progress and performance of programs and projects.
Manage the development and maintenance of project reporting processes and standards.
Manage the collection, analysis, and reporting of project data, including status, risks, issues, and performance metrics.
Collaborate with project and functional teams to gather accurate progress data, identify reporting needs, and refine the existing reports and dashboards.
Process and translate raw project data into usable information for reporting and analytics.
Manage the development and implementation of data reporting and analytic systems that optimize information flow and insights.
Develop and maintain a database for each project and monitor data to identify trends in project health and performance.
Ensure that all historical data and related documentation are maintained and available in a central repository for seamless report generation.
Provide regular project status updates to stakeholders, including senior management.
Collaborate with project teams to identify and track project risks and issues and develop mitigation and resolution plans.
Provide guidance and support to project teams to ensure that project reporting requirements are understood and met.
Continuously monitor and evaluate project reporting processes to identify areas for improvement.
Develop and maintain effective relationships with stakeholders, including project teams, functional teams, and senior management.
Follow all relevant functional policies, processes, and standard operating procedures to ensure controlled and consistent work.
Prepare accurate and timely functional deliverables and reports to meet corporate and functional requirements, policies, and standards.

Qualification and Experience:

Bachelor’s degree in project management, data science, information systems, mathematics, statistics, engineering, or related fields.
3-5 years of experience in reporting and analytics, business intelligence, data management, project controls, project management, or related disciplines.
Experience with large programs or projects in the engineering and construction industry.
Experience in publishing large volume reports or documents.
Experience in report writing and technical writing.
Excellent data visualization and desktop publishing skills.
Experience in developing and delivering presentations to senior management.
Proficiency in using project management tools and software.
Proficient in reporting software, data visualization tools, and Business Intelligence tools such as Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Power BI, Dundas BI, Tableau, and SharePoint.
