QA Engineer

This job is for a QA Engineer overseeing manufacturing quality to meet ISO 9001 standards, lead improvement activities, and manage inspections. You might like this job because it involves enhancing product quality and implementing process improvements.
Responsibilities
- To ensure the manufacturing process is meeting the QC specifications as per ISO 9001 requirements.
- To liaise with Production, R&D, Engineering, and Product QA on improvement activities.
- To lead improvement activities.
- To inculcate quality awareness among workers.
- To seek new in-process testing & methods to improve product quality, minimize process rejection & scraps.
- Involved in ISO 9001 audit team/auditing process.
- Manage and monitor all inspection (incoming, in process and outgoing QC Inspection).
- To conduct and improve quality matters (supplier, process, and customer complaints).
- Process improvement and review daily rejection with countermeasure and preventive action.
- Manage and compile quality reports on a monthly basis.
- Responsible for verifying all the quality reports and documents.
Job Requirements
Requirements:- Diploma/Degree in Engineering field.
- Experience in a manufacturing role.
- Familiar with AutoCAD, Microsoft Office & Basic Adobe Illustrator.
- Complete understanding of Quality Assurance Management system and ISO 9001.
- Good leadership and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and multitask.
- Applicants must be willing to work in Seksyen 32, Shah Alam, Selangor.
- Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia & English.
