- Have experience with financial products or complex technical systems
- Are proficient with modern design and collaboration tools (Figma, Google Workspace)
- Have experience leveraging AI tools to enhance content creation
- Can show a portfolio of successful UX writing projects
- Bring knowledge of SEO best practices and content optimisation
