Senior Executive, Consumer Recoveries (Location: Subang Jaya)
Job details
To manage charged-off for Consumer Recoveries. To manage External Collection Agency. Quarterly Due Diligence site visit. Negotiate with Customer / ECA to settle or make repayment arrangement. Attend to walk-in Customer to discuss on settlement or repayment scheme. Handle inquiries from Customers, ECAs and branches on all recovery issues. Ensure Customer’s credit status is updated (CCRIS) after account fully settled. Monitor expiry of accounts holding by ECA and prepare an extension memo for approval if any. Prepare recall memo to recall account which is under deceased, bankruptcy, AKPK & etc.
Requirement:
- Obtained diploma/degree or relevant experience in Credit Management.
