The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing administrative tasks and ensuring the safety and security of our workplace. Qualifications: Bachelors degree in Business Administration Safety Management or a related field Minimum of 35 years of experience in administrative and safety roles Strong knowledge of safety regulations and compliance requirements Excellent organizational and time management skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Familiarity with office software (MS Office Suite) Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively Skills: Strategic planning and execution Risk assessment and management Relationship management and networking Safety training and protocol implementation Crossfunctional collaboration Project management and coordination Responsibilities: Handle administrative tasks such as filing data entry and maintaining records Coordinate office supplies and equipment to ensure smooth operations Assist with scheduling and organizing meetings and events Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies Conduct regular safety inspections and risk assessments Implement and monitor safety protocols and procedures Provide safety training and guidance to employees Respond to safety incidents and emergencies promptly Maintain accurate records of safety inspections incidents and training sessions Collaborate with other departments to promote a culture of safety and compliance surveillance,communication skills,communication,decision-making
