Training Manager Soft Skills Job Summary: The Training Manager in Facility Management is responsible for designing and implementing soft services training programs to enhance the skills and knowledge of facility management staff. The role requires a deep understanding of facility management and the ability to design and deliver technical training programs that meet the needs of the organization. The Training Manager will work closely with HR and department heads to ensure that training programs are aligned with organizational objectives and are delivered effectively. Key Responsibilities: Develop and implement technical training programs for the facility management staff. Collaborate with department heads and HR to identify training needs and design programs that meet those needs. Develop and maintain training materials including presentations handouts and elearning modules. Coordinate training schedules and communicate training opportunities to clients. Evaluate training effectiveness and make recommendations for improvements. Monitor industry trends and incorporate best practices into training programs. Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements related to training. Qualifications: A bachelors degree with a Hotel Management Qualification or ISTD is preferred 5 years of experience in facility management or related field. 3 years of experience designing and delivering training programs. Strong understanding of engineering facility management/ Hospitality/ Services delivery principles and practices. Strong understanding of Housekeeping equipment processes and soft skill requirements Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work collaboratively with others and build effective relationships. Experience with elearning platforms and other training technologies. The position is based at Mumbai Corporate Office but involves travel to units Compensation budgeted 7 Lacs e-learning modules,training schedules,e-learning platforms,communication,compliance,interpersonal skills,programs,presentations,training materials,training programs,training needs,facility management,hospitality industry,training & development,training coordination,training documentation,training course development,training material
