- Strategy Development :
- Design and implement a comprehensive B2B marketing strategy that aligns with the company's objectives and focuses on client acquisition and retention.
- Develop strategies to promote Design Minds' unique offerings, including prototype development, CAD design, and industrial design concepts.
- Brand Positioning & Awareness :
- Enhance brand visibility through digital channels, content marketing, and targeted advertising campaigns.
- Position Design Minds as a thought leader in industrial design and consultancy through various channels such as blogs, white papers, and case studies.
- Lead Generation & Client Acquisition :
- Develop and manage a lead-generation strategy to attract potential clients from relevant industries.
- Collaborate with the sales and business development teams to convert leads and establish long-term client relationships.
- Content Creation & Digital Marketing :
- Oversee content marketing efforts, including the creation of blog posts, social media content, and case studies that highlight our expertise in CAD, industrial design, and more.
- Execute digital marketing strategies across platforms (SEO, SEM, social media, email marketing) to increase brand reach and engagement.
- Vendor and Customer Collaboration :
- Engage with key vendors and customers to understand market demands and tailor marketing strategies to address specific client pain points.
- Work closely with vendors to develop partnerships that expand the company’s reach and offer additional value to clients.
- Performance Analytics & Reporting :
- Track and measure the performance of marketing campaigns, analyzing metrics to understand the effectiveness and optimize strategies accordingly.
- Present regular reports to the management team on KPIs, ROI, and insights derived from marketing initiatives.
- Education : Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Certifications : Professional qualifications in Digital Marketing (such as Google Analytics, Google Ads, HubSpot, or a similar credential) are highly desirable.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing strategies, including SEO, content marketing, and social media management.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills to interact with vendors, clients, and the internal team.
- Analytical skills to interpret data and generate insights for strategy optimization.
- Knowledge of product development cycles , prototype development, and industry-specific trends in manufacturing, automotive, and aerospace.
