With the vision of reaching greater heights in developing Peninsular Malaysia, they are now seeking a Senior Sales & Marketing Executive to join the team. About the Job

• Proactively engage with both local and international customers, presenting the project development and maintaining a communicative relationship with customers.
• Consistently furnish the company with well-founded, specialized research reports on industrial real estate, leveraging market analyses to offer crucial information backing significant corporate determinations.
• Build broad connections with diverse industry firms/associations and intermediaries to amplify marketing avenues. Depending on the evolving departmental emphases, tasks such as managing customer information, conducting market/product research, and executing marketing activities can be effectively managed.

• Degree graduate holder in business/sales/real estate or equivalent
• 1-2 years of working experience in property or a similar field
• Willing to travel
