- Cash Position and Financial Exposure Management: Prepare and analyze cash position reports; monitor and manage financial exposures effectively.
- Bank Account Administration: Coordinate with business units and the legal department to manage bank accounts, bank signers, and e-banking system administration.
- Bank Mandates and Signer Updates: Ensure timely and consistent updates of bank mandates and signers in line with Treasury policies.
- Bank Record Audits: Conduct regular audits of bank records against the Treasury Management System (TMS) and other internal systems to ensure accuracy.
- Bank Fee Management: Analyze bank fees, ensure timely payments, and identify opportunities for fee reduction.
- Transaction Recording and Process Improvement: Ensure accurate and timely recording of all transactions in the Treasury Management System and assist with the implementation of new banking structures and ad-hoc treasury projects. Also, document and review operational procedures to align with company policies.
- Bachelor's degree in finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
- Previous experience in a Treasury or finance-related role (typically 1-3 years for junior to mid-level positions).
- Experience with cash management, financial forecasting, and risk management.
- Cash Management: Ensure that the organization's cash position is managed efficiently, including short-term liquidity and funding.
- Bank Relationships: Assist with the management of relationships with banks and financial institutions.
- Attention to detail: Ability to analyze and interpret financial data accurately.
