For which tasks (responsibilities)?
- Supervise the store's operations and promptly address any arising issues;
- Communicate with partners providing payment services, plan, and organize the joint promotions;
- Seek new payment methods in key project countries and negotiate contracts;
- Collaborate with IT technicians to integrate payment systems;
- Assign tasks for content addition, store design, and usability improvements;
- Analyze sales, explore store development opportunities, and plan discounts and promotions;
- Work with offline partners to provide and supervise the distribution of game bonuses as part of marketing campaigns.
What kind of professional are we looking for?
- At least 3 years of experience in e-commerce;
- Experience with digital distribution services (e.g., Steam, PSN);
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills;
- Fluent English;
- Basic knowledge of HTML;
- A passion for computer games.
