Job details
- Bachelor and/or Master Degree in civil & structural engineering.
- Registered with IEM and BEM; PE qualification preferred.
- Minimum 20 years of working experience in design and/or supervision of major civil engineering projects in roads, highways, prestressed bridges, and piled foundations. Past experience as a Resident Engineer for civil engineering projects implemented by the Government, including knowledge of site procedures, works evaluation, variation orders to JKR standard, land acquisition process, and relocation of existing utilities.
- Knowledge of MS Word & Excel, AutoCAD (basic), and Works Programming software.
- Applicants should be proficient in English & Bahasa Malaysia, able to communicate effectively with Contractors, Consultants, and relevant authorities.
- Able to work hard and independently for site solutions and consult with the H.Q. office for final decisions on material approval and design requirements.
- Possess a valid driving license and CIDB Pass.
- Successful candidates may be entitled to medical allowance, site transport, 14 days annual leave, and housing allowance for expats with current residency outside Sabah.
