Responsibilities:
- Assist in the pre-recruitment and post-recruitment processes that may include screening applications, preparing offer letters, and conducting background reference checks.
- Generate reports and prepare documents for audit.
- Provide ad hoc data and reports requested by managers and other departments.
- Coordinate day-to-day Talent Acquisition (TA) operational functions such as onboarding, employment pass applications, printing, filing, and coordinating with recruiters to ensure smooth operations.
- Good verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Analytical and able to work and communicate with people at all levels.
- Proficient in data analysis.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel.
- Able to work with a team or independently with little supervision.
- Experience in a BPO environment is an advantage.
- Preferably from human resource or administration-related courses.
- Willing to work on-site and have own transport.
