This role requires strong communication skills a detailoriented mindset and the ability to thrive in a fastpaced startup environment. Key Responsibilities:

  • Executive Support:
Provide comprehensive administrative support to the founders including managing calendars scheduling meetings and coordinating travel arrangements. Prepare agendas take minutes during meetings and follow up on action items.
  • Project Management:
Assist in the planning execution and tracking of key projects and initiatives. Collaborate with various teams to ensure project milestones are met and deliverables are on track.
  • Research & Analysis:
Conduct market research and competitive analysis to inform strategic decisions. Gather and analyze data to support presentations and reports for internal and external stakeholders.
  • Communication & Coordination:
Act as a liaison between the founders and other departments ensuring effective communication and collaboration. Manage internal and external communications including drafting emails reports and presentations.
  • Event Planning:
Organize and coordinate company events workshops and teambuilding activities. Assist in preparing materials and logistics for presentations and meetings. Qualifications:
  • Bachelors degree in Business Administration Management or a related field
  • 2 years of experience in a similar role preferably in a startup or fastpaced environment
  • Strong organizational and timemanagement skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel PowerPoint Word) and familiarity with project management tools
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience in project management or business operations
  • A proactive and adaptable attitude with a strong problemsolving ability
  • Passion for entrepreneurship and an understanding of the startup ecosystem
